RCP was engaged by Mulpha to provide superintendent services for the Harbour One, Sanctuary Cove development.
Architecturally designed by Bureau Proberts and constructed by Tomkins, the residential development comprised construction of three luxury apartment buildings. Building A features 12 premium apartments and two penthouses; Building B: 24 apartments and Building C comprises of eight opulent, two-storey townhouses. All dwellings share a basement carpark.
Located in the heart of Sanctuary Cove, the development is surrounded by a world-class marina, two championship golf courses, and a thriving dining and retail precinct.
