The stadium features steep seating arrangements for closer views, a low floating roof providing cover to 75% of the seats, integrated public transport facilities including a 12-bay bus station, large public forecourt and public space, and a range of high quality corporate facilities and catering options providing fine dining to over 1,900 guests simultaneously.
RCP’s services for this project were to provide Project Management of the design team to achieve the statutory approvals from the Brisbane City Council to enable the project to then proceed through design and construction phases. RCP’s pre-construction phase services included Project Management and Project Programming advice.
RCP’s services were then extended to contribute towards the timely completion of this project and included auditing the contractors programme, assessing EOT claims and performing regular project status reviews to monitor progress towards completion.
