In early May 2011 RCP was appointed to provide project management and project programming services on behalf of QR National for the fit-out of their Townsville office. RCP’s role was principal representative on behalf of QR National from inception to the final completion stage.
The project involved the fit-out of approximately 940m2 of a new office building developed by Honeycombe Property Group.
All pre-construction phase aspects of the project were managed through the RCP Brisbane office. RCP’s Townsville office provided project management and project programming services from the time of the appointment of a construction manager through to completion of the project.
The project was administered in accordance with building works contract AS 4906-2002 and was delivered on time, to required quality, and under the agreed budget.
