RCP was engaged by the Department of Education and Training to provide project management, superintendent, quantity surveyor and specialist programming services for the new administration building at Highfields State School near Toowoomba, west of Brisbane.
The project comprised the design and construction of a new single-storey administration building with associated support services and landscaping. A new on-grade carpark and amenities was also delivered under a separate contract.
The school site remained fully functional during construction. RCP’s construction sequencing and ongoing programme considered safe and convenient access for students, parents, teaching staff and all school visitors.
