Grosvenor Place is a landmark commercial building on George Street, Sydney, designed by renowned architect Harry Seidler.
The iconic commercial building has 44 floors of premium grade office space with flexible floorplates and offers luxurious end of trip facilities and one of Sydney’s largest community space including a state of the art business lounge and retail Piazza.
RCP has been engaged by Grosvenor Place Pty Ltd to coordinate and manage the makegood and refurbishment works for levels 1-11; 12 (showroom); 14,15 and 24-26.
The floors will have various specifications including a show floor for leasing presentation plus potential integrated fitouts.
In addition to the make good and refurbishment to the tenancy areas the following works will also be undertaken:
- Full upgrade of all core facilities i.e. lift lobbies, amenities including gender neutral amenities
- Identification of base building services that have reached end of life
- Base building mechanical upgrades to AHUs, BCMS, VAV, toilet exhaust, organic response LED upgrades
The works are being undertaken in a live environment and within the busy Sydney CBD.
