RCP was requested to provide a review of the Managing Contractors, delivery phase programme prior to sign-off of the Schematic Design Report. The managing contractor, John Holland, prepared a detailed delivery phase programme consisting of over 8,000 activities covering the design, procurement and construction of the redevelopment of the Gallipoli Barracks at Enoggera. RCP carried out a thorough review of the programme and provided a written report inclusive of comments and recommendations with regard to adjustments and clarifications required prior to the sign-off and acceptance by the Department of Defence.
The project was undertaken over a four year period with three main construction teams that covered the North, Central and Southern precincts.
