RCP was engaged by Ticor Developments to provide client representative and tenancy co-ordination services for the 50,000m² Domain Central bulky goods precinct in Townsville.

The precinct, designed to provide a new and exciting bulky goods shopping and lifestyle experience, was the largest bulky goods precinct in North Queensland. Domain Central has a variety of stores ranging from large retailers including Bunnings and Harvey Norman to smaller stores including Global Living, Sleep City, and Pets Paradise.
