RCP was engaged by Healthscope to provide project management and specialist programming services for the Darwin Private Hospital expansion project.
The expansion consists of a new state-of-the-art mental health unit, the first of its kind in the Northern Territory.
The new inpatient ward contains 18 beds and associated clinical support spaces as well as a separate outpatient unit. The development has been designed to enable the future expansion of the building to meet demand.
RCP oversaw the project from concept design to completion. The expansion was completed on programme and within budget.
