Caloundra Shopping Centre is located in the heart of Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast, with Kmart and Coles as anchor tenants and multiple specialty stores.
RCP was engaged to provide project management services for the upgrades and refurbishments to the complex.
The project has modernised the centre’s appearance with a full external re-paint giving it a fresh coastal feel. The project also made improvements to wayfinding, added a children’s play area, and created two new feature entries.
The refresh of the interiors included new furniture, paint and lighting.
