RCP was retained by Adco Constructions to provide project programming services to the Bunnings Warehouse at Fairfield Waters in Townsville.

RCP provided for Adco Constructions a tender programme as part of its tender submission for the construction of this new Bunnings Warehouse. Adco was successful in its tender submission and won the construction project and coordination of works up to and during fit-out by Bunnings. It subsequently retained RCP to develop the detailed programme to schedule and complete the required works according to Bunnings development program. RCP provided monthly statusing of the construction programme.

RCP has also provided programming services to Bunnings Redcliffe and Maroochydore.
