RCP has been engaged to provide project management services for the consultant engagement and DA lodgement phases of the Bryant Drive retail project in Tuggerah on the central coast.
The proposed site is directly across the road from the existing Tuggerah Super Centre on Bryant Drive, and is currently predominantly taken up by at-grade car parking and vacant land.
The development will include 3 specialised retail premise buildings (over 10,000m² total), 2 food and drink premise buildings, landscaping, stormwater works, signage, carparking, internal driveways and site access upgrades.
