The 360 Queen Street project in Brisbane’s CBD is a joint venture between Charter Hall and Investa to develop a 45,000m² premium grade commercial tower.

Designed by Blight Rayner, the development will revolutionise modern commercial workplace, with a focus on technology, wellness, sustainability and biophilic design. The dynamic building features high-quality, end-of-trip facilities, innovative technology, integrated business hub and wellness centre facilities, and unique mixed mode wintergardens and landscaped terraces.

The development is targeting environmental, social governance (ESG) credentials, including 6 Star Green Star design and as built rating, 5 Star NABERS energy base building rating and a Platinum WELL Core v2 and shell rating.

Charter Hall and Investa have engaged RCP to provide project management and specialist programming services for the development.
