60 King William Street Testimonial

Bradley Norris, Regional Development Director
Charter Hall
2024

With the official opening of 60 King William Street in late 2023, it is timely to reflect on the success of this project and to extend our appreciation to RCP as Project Manager and Programmer for the project, notably Tom Dalrymple and his team.

From the outset Tom always understood that 60 King William Street was about meeting the aspirations of our tenant customers. Workplace experience is at the heart of 60 King William’s design. Real value doesn’t just come from rent – it comes from creating and maintaining places people are proud of and enjoy spending time in.

60 King William provides an outstanding workplace for our tenants. From flexible, state-of-the-art offices with modern workspaces, premium arrival, lobby, end-of-trip facilities and excellent sustainability credentials.. As a property manager, our local and proactive approach to enhance the quality, performance and value of our properties while keeping the customer experience front of mind, was key to the success of this project.

The quality of the project – its design, construction, and exceptional finishes – is evidence of the team’s commitment to the project and each other. RCP together with Charter Hall, Cox Architecture, and construction partner Built, created a truly collaborative team environment that saw the project completed on time and budget despite the challenges of COVID-19.

The RCP team successfully coordinated the broader project team to accomplish this remarkable end result, setting a new benchmark for office developments in Adelaide.

60 King William Street has delivered a world-class, sustainable workplace for our tenant customers. Through the integration of multiple sustainability initiatives and advanced building technologies, together with a focus on exceptional workspaces Charter Hall has created a carbon-neutral building that also retained and restored the façade of one of Adelaide’s heritage buildings.

Congratulations to the RCP team on an outstanding project of which we are all extremely proud to have been involved in.
