RCP has completed the first phase of the refurbishment project, within Grosvenor Place Sydney, with the successful delivery of two full office floor tenancy spaces. The floors were stripped back to base build finishes, and the full upgrade of the lift lobbies and amenities to three floors.
The project was designed by Harry Seidler and Associates and constructed by Built. Services were designed by Harris Page & Associates Pty Ltd and Intelle Building Services.
We are now well into the second phase of the project which requires the complete refurbishment of the remaining 14 levels and their associated lift lobbies, amenities, etc. The upgrade of all lift lobbies and amenities is due to be completed in Q3 2024 with the construction of the office levels to be staged across the year to accommodate leasing commitments.
RCP’s Hugh Cowan and John Manahan are responsible for the project management and Mario Youssef is providing programming services.
