Key features:

480 Queen Street comprises a 32-level tower providing flexible, open plan office space.

RCP provided project management, programming and superintendent services for four separable portions (SP) of work:

SP1 – Adelaide St Lobby Upgrade: including dedicated access lobby for BHP and security upgrades to lift lobbies (race gates) and break-out areas with a Barista bar café.

SP2 – Level 2 Wellness / Multi-Function space: Existing underutilised space was developed into a Wellness Centre for all building tenants. Tenants can now enjoy well-being activities such as yoga, boxing, massages and other relaxing activities.

SP3 – Basement dedicated BHP End of Trip: – Lessor works to upgrade levels 10-17 for the building’s major tenant BHP and expansion into level 9.

SP4 – Basment Gender Neutral Amenities, Cool Room:  refreshed end of trip (EOT) facilities including gender neutral facilities and post-exercise cool room and ample locker storage.

Works included a base building plant and services upgrade to accommodate a new Integrated Remote Operations Centre (IROC) a 24/7 facility central to the BHP’s business.

Other works separate to the above include base building upgrades plus make-good and refurbishments to other levels.
