Russell Martoo said, “After a long and satisfying career, the business is well-prepared for this change, and I have every confidence in Greg’s leadership. We have in place a strong, well-resourced national team and it is impressive to see our pathway development programme producing a high calibre of industry leaders and I am excited to see what’s next for RCP.”

Greg Atkinson brings over 20 years’ experience in the property and construction industry, 18 years of those at RCP. Greg brings a deep understanding of the property industry, has led the delivery of multiple major projects, and helped to build RCP’s successful growth.

As Russell heads off to enjoy his well-earned retirement later this year, he leaves RCP in a great position and primed for further growth,” said Greg.

Greg’s appointment will bring an exciting new phase for the business. The team is ready and energised for what’s ahead.

“We are working with clients to deliver exceptional results on our current pipeline of work, while being well placed to jump in and embrace new opportunities.  We thrive in an environment where we can challenge the status quo to achieve improved outcomes, and that’s what’s needed to succeed in our industry, now so as much as ever,” said Greg.
