1.00 OVERVIEW
RCP is committed to being recognised as leaders in management, to which we uphold a high standard of integrity
and ethics in how we conduct our business. We seek to engage with respected supplier organisations to support
achievement of service excellence for and our clients and our business including our goal of identifying and working
with our supply chain to eliminate the various forms of slavery.
2.00 CORPORATE GOVERNANCE AND ETHICAL PRACTICES:
Our company is committed to ethical and sustainable business practices and is determined to use all reasonable
endeavours to determine there is no modern slavery in our supply chain. As a supplier or provider to our
company, you play a critical role in helping us achieve this objective. Therefore, we expect all our suppliers to
abide by the following code of conduct:
- Compliance with Laws: to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards related to modern slavery and human trafficking, including the Australian Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth).
- Prohibition of Forced Labour: not engage in or facilitate any form of forced labour, including debt bondage,
slavery, and human trafficking. All work must be voluntary, and workers must be free to leave at any time. - Prohibition of Child Labour: not employ any person under the minimum age for employment as defined by
local laws. - Fair Wages and Working Hours: to provide workers with fair wages, benefits, and working conditions in
compliance with applicable laws and industry standards. - Safe and Healthy Work Environment: to provide a safe and healthy work environment that complies with
all applicable health and safety laws and regulations. Suppliers should take measures to prevent accidents,
injuries, and illnesses in the workplace. - Non-discrimination: to not discriminate against any worker based on race, gender, age, religion, national
origin, or any other protected characteristic. Suppliers should provide equal opportunities for all workers
and provide a workplace free from harassment and bullying. - Responsible Recruitment: to have recruitment practices that are ethical and transparent. Suppliers should
not charge any fees to workers for recruitment or placement, and workers should be provided with clear
information about their employment terms and conditions. - Transparency and Reporting: our suppliers are required to be willing to participate in questionnaires from
time to time to monitor for compliance with this code of conduct. - In the event a supplier organisation becomes aware of, or has a reasonable basis for suspecting any instance
of Modern Slavery in your supply chains, the supplier must notify RCP within 10 business days.We encourage all our suppliers to join us in the effort to eliminate modern slavery and to work together to create
a sustainable and ethical supply chain. Failure to comply with this code may result in RCP termination our business
relationship with the supplier.
