RCP has been engaged by Mulpha to provide superintendent services for the Harbour One, Sanctuary Cove development.
Architecturally designed by Bureau Proberts and being constructed by Tomkins, the residential development will comprise construction of three luxury apartment buildings. Building A will feature 12 premium apartments and two penthouses; Building B will consist of 24 apartments and Building C comprises of eight opulent, two-storey townhouses. All dwellings share a basement carpark.
