This state of the art building, developed by the Queensland State Government, for which RCP provided Project Programming services, comprises 2 basement levels of carparking, holding cells and services plant rooms, ground floor registry and administration and 10 upper levels of courts, meeting rooms, magistrates chambers and a library. The project included extensive fit-out and finishes and high tech services and security provisions.
The project was procured utilising a two stage Managing Contractor procurement contract which was awarded in July 2002. Early siteworks commenced in late September 2002 with practical completion achieved in late October 2004.
