RCP was engaged by the Department of Public Works (DPW) to provide programming assistance to monitor the $2.1b program known as Building the Education Revolution (BER) as part of the Nation Building – Economic Stimulus Plan.
RCP’s role was to develop the overall strategic programme and obtain progress information from the Department of Education and Training (DET) who were responsible for the delivery of the stimulus plan.
RCP provided detailed reports to DPW in the form of progress data in tabular and graphical formats to demonstrate funding commitment, expenditure, contract award and construction progress. Progress trends were factored into the DPW data to provide a view on whether Government imposed targets were likely to be met.
