Congratulations to RCP Director, Tom Dalrymple and the SA team for receiving TWO esteemed awards for the 60 King William Street project.
The project recently won the SA chapter Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) Project Management Achieve Award (PMAA) in the Construction/Engineering category.
It also received the SA/NT Chapter Australian Institute of Building (AIB) High Commendation for Project Management.
Following the successful delivery of the GPO Exchange development in 2020, Charter Hall appointed RCP as its project management and programming delivery partner for the largest commercial real estate project in Adelaide’s CBD.
Delivered during the trials of COVID-19 the ambitious project incorporated the careful retention and restoration of the State heritage listed Sands & McDougall façade.
A true mixed-use project, the project has revitalised part of Adelaide’s CBD with quality connective spaces, inviting retail, and a best-in-class workplace.
