RCP Australia is pleased to share the new Administration Building at Highfields State School has reached Practical Completion.
The building provides Highfields State School administrative staff with a new modern and functional space designed to create efficiency and has a focus on accessibility. The state-of-the-art facilities will enhance the educational experience for staff and students.
The project comprised the design and construction of a new single-storey administration building with associated support services and landscaping. A new on-grade carpark and amenities were also delivered under a separate contract.
The school site remained fully functional during construction. RCP’s construction sequencing and ongoing programme management considered safe and convenient access for students, parents, teaching staff and all school visitors.
RCP’s Sam Davidson and Alex Briers provided project management and superintendent services with Mario Youssef providing programming services.
