RCP is proud to have successfully completed and handed over its showfloor project at Grosvenor Place Sydney.
This project saw the repurposing of a full floor office tenancy into a display showfloor for our client Grosvenor Place Management.
The site for this project was an 1800sqm open floor space on Level 12 of the Harry Seidler designed tower, Grosvenor Place in Sydney’s CBD. The floor was designed to showcase a variety of different floor and wall finishes, and several different ceiling options, each with a different lighting arrangement. This allows Grosvenor Place Management to take potential tenants through the different options they could incorporate in their future tenancy.
The southern half of the floor was updated to have base building standard ‘warm shell’ finishes applied, while the northern half of the floor has four different ceiling types and a series of floor, column, and wall finishes.
All existing furniture and workstations left behind by the previous tenant were rehomed by Green Furniture Hub to charities and other places to avoid them ending up in landfill.
RCP provided project management and programming services.
