RCP oversaw the successful delivery of the Toowoomba Customer Service Centre from beginning to end. The technical advice, responsiveness, communications and eye for detail that RCP provided was exceptional. What might have been challenges of remoteness in regard to communication and responsiveness were overcome by RCP’s customer care attitude and focus on achieving the best result for the client while managing other relationships for the benefit of the ratepayer of the Toowoomba region.
