- Installation of 12 Levels of interconnecting stairs and voids in an existing building
- Combination of open plan working environment and unique breakout spaces
- Implementation of flexible working
RCP (VIC) was engaged to deliver the Suncorp Melbourne Consolidated Project (Suncorp MCP). Suncorp consolidated 3 existing sites in Melbourne to Levels 27-38 at 530 Collins Street, Melbourne, to occupy approximately 15,500m².
Suncorp see this consolidation of their environments as a central lever to unify the Group’s multi-brand strategy in order to enhance business productivity and optimise occupancy costs.
Central to the HASSELL fitout design, is a zig zag of voids and interconnecting stairs which run through the full 12 levels of the southern portion of the floor plate.
Suncorp engaged Schiavello Constructions as the Construction Manager for the project, which was completed in August 2013.
