RCP was engaged to provide services for this exclusive residential apartment project, located in a picturesque and historic garden setting on Melbourne’s premier boulevard. The role included management of the design process, team appointment, procurement strategy and approval consent
Services include Project Management, Project Programming, Design Management, Procurement & Delivery Strategy and Superintendent.
Note. RVIB was put on hold at the end of Design Development and subsequently sold by Stockland.
