RCP was retained by ANZ Banking Group, the funding agency, to provide Project Audit services on this two stage high density residential development. The first stage comprised 327 apartments and a total yield on completion of 507 apartments.
The project included a range of 1 and 2 bedroom units, extensively landscaped central courtyard and pool area, as well as commercial and retail space trading externally to the major Wickham Street frontage.
Completed in mid 1999, with a total development cost of $85m, the project has made a substantial contribution to the revitalisation of a strategic inner city precinct.
