Mackay City Council commissioned RCP to provide Project Management services for the Bluewater Quay project which is located along the waterfront east of Forgan Bridge and runs from Sydney Street to Carlyle Street, a distance of almost 250 metres.
The development covers an approximate area of 3 acres and includes inter-active child-play facilities, a roofed market structure, linkages to the river via boardwalks, paved open spaces, public toilets, eatery opportunities and a stage for outdoor concerts.
