The site was subject to an archeological dig prior to construction and many of the items found during the dig are now on display in the ground floor lobby.
Staff of RCP were engaged in 2000 by Industry Superannuation Property Trust to project manage the $200 million commercial development.
Full project management services were provided from project conception and design brief definition to management of the design process, preparation of marketing documentation, preparation of tender documentation, tendering and procurement of the building contractor, management of the integrated fitout process and full contract management and superintendence.
The development was delivered under a novated design & construction contract.
