Comments RCP (VIC) was been engaged by CIMB Trust Capital Advisors to provide tenancy coordination services for the retail tenancies at 850 Collins St, Docklands. Each of the tenancies are approximately 106m² with access to basic base building services. CIMB hope to lease their retail tenancies and provide some life to the recently completed 850 Collins St, to attract some new tenants to the surrounding area and occupants to the office space available.
Due to the environment in docklands, these tenancies have attracted food tenants operating mid-week. This trend having not been foreseen at the time of the buildings construction, has required several base build upgrades to the retail services. Each of the different tenants have utilised a different delivery team for their fitout. With each adding to the buildings character and creating a vibrant atmosphere to a once quiet area of Docklands.
