RCP were engaged at the end of 2007 by The Salvation Army to Project Manage the $11 million refurbishment of 69 Bourke Street. Originally constructed in 1890, the building has for a long time served the community of Melbourne.
RCP provided full Project Management services for the management of the design team and administration of the construction contract with the builder. The role includes engagement of consultants, management of the design process, builder tendering and construction services for the refurbishment of 69 Bourke Street – The City Temple.
