RCP has for the second consecutive year taken out the AIB Queensland Chapter Professional Excellence in Building Award for project management.
Associate, James Goodson (pictured above left) was awarded the 2017 Australian Institute of Building Queensland Chapter Professional Excellence in Building Award in the project management category for his outstanding achievement on the Gold Coast Private Hospital development. James was selected as Queensland winner as a result of successfully leading and guiding the Gold Coast Private Hospital project team to deliver a high quality, world-class private hospital facility, on time and substantially under budget.
This is RCP’s second award for Healthscope’s $230m development, which received the top award in the construction/ engineering projects category at the AIPM QLD 2016 Project Management Achievement Awards (PMAA).
RCP Project Manager, Paul Palenkas, last year won the AIB Queensland Chapter Professional Excellence in Building Award in the project management category ($50 million to $100 million) for his achievement on the Arena residential apartment development.
